Implementation Specialist

Location: Kitchener/Markham, ON

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the onboarding and training of Constellation1 Software solutions to our customer base. The position will focus on understanding the customer’s needs, completing applicable onboarding/training, supporting the customer throughout the implementation process and providing feedback internally to key stakeholders on areas for improvement based on customer feedback and implementation roadblocks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer’s needs and determine optimal implementation path
  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated customer’s
  • Modify project plans for each customer, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of software.
  • Assist customer in optimal utilization of software tools
  • Provide training to all customer’s using web service tools
  • Develop new processes and recommend improvements to all procedures and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure implementation is completed within required timeframes according to contract
  • Schedule and run meetings. Communicate post-training action items and accomplishments.
  • Collaborate with customer’s, web developers, programmers, product managers, account managers and sales personnel. 
  • Identify and communicate risks. Escalate to management when needed.

Inside Sales Representative

Constellation1 is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be able to close sales and meet targets.  As the Inside Sales Representative, you will preform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interact professionally with other employees, managers and vendors, and work independently while understanding the necessity of communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations / proposals.

Front-End Developer

Location: Markham, ON

Responsible for the development and maintenance of Front-End web-based software applications. Development consists of using HTML, JSP, CSS, AJAX, and Javascript. Work with the development lead to resolve customer related issues. Comfortable using agile principles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and maintain existing components that conform to existing architecture and development standards.
  • Implement resolutions and enhancements on Java Server Pages.
  • Make suggestions on how to improve its existing codebase.
  • Understand UX/UI design so end-user requirements can be effectively translated into technical solutions.

Role overview:

To work with and collaborate on marketing online and offline design projects for Constellation1. Constellation1 is the source for real estate technology solutions serving brokerages, Franchises and MLS (Multiple Listing Service) associations. We are a B2B residential real estate niche market focused group targeting Canada and the United States buying personas.

Responsible for web and graphic design needs executed in WordPress and HubSpot environments. Skill set should include good project management, organization, strong visual communication, thoughtful design eye, attention to detail, and expertise in web development & design.

You will support the marketing team for all web-based properties. Aligning and working with the team on upholding the strategies as set by Head of Marketing in execution. You have a voice: offer consideration to the team and help the team make the right decisions to drive the required outcome.

Some work will be executed as directed, but you are not just a doer, you think about how to improve the brand presentation across design mediums. Your input will be valued and called upon to help the team make better decisions.

Job Duties:

  • Design and implement the visual and architecture need of the corporate marketing owned websites, blogs, landing pages, email templates, digital ads and ad print media from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable.
  • Code and implement WordPress sites from Photoshop layout through HTML/CSS to a custom theme, functions, and plugins.

    Demand Generation and Operations, Marketing Manager

    Location: Kitchener Waterloo, Markham, Remote

    Constellation1, a leader in real estate technology for brokerages, franchises and MLS associations, is looking for a mid-level marketing manager with demonstrated experience in the real estate vertical or related field for software marketing to execute and manage online and offline lead and demand generation marketing programs as well as managed and owned marketing operations.

    Overall scope:

    To set the plan for, execute and support the strategies set by leadership for lead generation, digital marketing, and sales and marketing operations alignment. You will often collaborate with marketing team members on event management in terms of lead programs, collaborate with team on SEO requirements, tactics for website traffic, planning website journeys. You will be the owner of Hubspot and collaborate with SF admin (reports into Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager) to maintain strong sales and marketing operations between the teams, processes, and the systems. Champion of our sales and marketing tech stack which includes Hubspot, Salesforce, Vidyard, ZoomInfo, Hubspot Chat (Conversations), WP Engine.

    The role works with key stakeholders for web and graphic design, SEO consultant, copywriter and a strategic consultant, to drive the business.

    The best candidate will be able to:

    1. Execute and offer tactics input to uphold our Brand Strategy set by the head of marketing (including for example: web assets, content required for demand generation, and ensure ad creative upholds the brand)
    2. Manage and execute new and ongoing inbound lead generation from potential and current customers (email, social, paid advertising, events, partnerships, web and blog);
    3. Be responsible for reporting on the performance metrics of both online and offline campaigns;
    4. Understand the use of sales and marketing tech stack, for example technology automation (Hubspot), and become the super user for marketing team while increasing adoption and improving integration of the stack
    5. Manage direct reports .

    Duties include:

    • Manage and execute Constellation1 new and ongoing inbound lead generation
      • Leverage the marketing opportunities provided by our Franchise and Industry associations and agreements. Including the set-up and ongoing development of a marketing supported program for account-based marketing to strategic accounts.
      • Manage the marketing funnel top, middle and bottom
      • Work with Sales on tactics to increase number of high-quality marketing qualified leads and conversion rates throughout the funnel
      • Guide BDRs on top of funnel tactics, use of tools
      • Collaborate on the development of, and own the execution of, back to base marketing campaigns, including regular announcements about new features and acquisitions
      • Work diligently to reach lead funnel goals as set by you and VP of Revenue
    • Be responsible for reporting to the Head of Marketing performance of both online and offline campaigns
      • Assist in quantifying the quality of leads and track their conversion
      • Calculate ROI on specific investments such as events, social spend, email campaigns, content marketing efforts
      • Inform Brand and Communications, Marketing Manager of content generation needs to achieve goals, SEO, KPIs and to uphold the strategies set by Head of Marketing and VP Revenue.
    • Work closely with sales to ensure that they can achieve revenue targets
      • Meet with sales to understand their field and online needs for bringing in and converting more leads
      • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to understand how we manage marketing spend and optimize as needed.
    • Be our super-user of marketing’s tech stack to increase the efficiency of Constellation1 marketing
      • Use existing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Vidyard, Chatbot, ZoomInfo) and learn to leverage new tools that may be introduced to make marketing operations more efficient
      • Improve segmentation of messaging to potential and existing customers
      • Work with sales and Salesforce admin to improve the database quality
