- “Vendor” means an individual or legal entity that is hired by Us to Processes Your Personal Information on Our behalf.

Lead Referral Partners Communications
By requesting We share Your information with Lead Referral Partners, you expressly consent to having Lead Referral Partners contact You for the purpose of assisting you with an inquiry or providing You information on other services they offer related to the consumer real estate market by email, text message, or phone (which may include the use of automated telephone dialing system and/or artificial or prerecorded voice, and potentially including telemarketing calls or messages) using the contact information You provided. This consent applies even if a telephone number You provide is on a corporate, state, or National Do Not Call Registry. You do not have to agree to such communications as a condition of receiving services from Company. If You choose to have Your information shared for this purpose, the third-party Lead Referral Partner will manage Your Personal Information pursuant to their own privacy policy.
Under applicable law, such sharing or licensing of Your Personal Information to Lead Referral Partners may be considered a “sale” of information.
